One of three original prototypes created in the development of the optimal performance runner in the late '70s, this particular version features an exaggerated upper design pattern embellished with glow-in-the-dark details sitting atop a 2-piece die cut EVA midsole. Consistent with the production model is the protruding heel "spoiler" in the tooling designed to enhance cushioning, setting it apart from any other runner in its time.
